The Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2024 and to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as well as to the office bearers and staff of the petitioner's society.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first to fourth respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation has been considered and rejected.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a petition challenging the closure report, which is still pending.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, if the petitioner complains of any commission of cognizable offence, the respondent police may take appropriate action.
