The petitioner sought a direction to to direct the 2nd respondent to expedite the enquiry in the pending enquiry proceedings in CSR.N.706 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the enquiry was conducted and closed.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the result of the enquiry was not informed to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submissions, the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 are hereby directed to furnish the enquiry report to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same if she is aggrieved in the manner known to law. 2/4
