ORDER

Though the writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the application for survey made by the petitioner on 23.04.2024, according to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, survey was conducted even as early as on 09.05.2024 after putting the petitioner on notice. He would further contend that the petitioner was also present during the survey. However, he refused to sign the proceedings. I do not find any such averment set out in the present affidavit in the writ petition. 2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition.

3.Acceding to the same, permission is granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
