This petition is filed praying to call for the records in connection with the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.666/2013 dated 29.06.2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous. 4.In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
