ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 23.11.2023 and the requisition letter of the III Additional District Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai, vide letter in D.No. 227/2024, dated 16/02/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.R.MURUGESAN , Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 23.11.2023, directed the learned III Additional District Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukkottai, to dispose of the case in S.C.No.304 of 2008 within a period of two months therefrom. 3.Now, the learned III Additional District Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukkottai, has submitted a requisition letters, dated 16.02.2024 and seeks one month further time.

4.
