ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 590 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 to 5 has no objection for condoning the delay. Though the name of the second respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance on behalf of him, either in person or through counsel. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, taking into consideration that the respondents 1 & 3 to 5 have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 590 days, however, on payment of costs.

5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench 2/3
