ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Sub-Collector dated 24.01.2025 wherein, the total amount payable to the petitioner by way of maintenance has been calculated at Rs.6,40,000/-. Since the whereabouts of the third respondent in the writ petition is not known, steps have been taken to recover this maintenance amount from the monthly pension payable to the third respondent. A communication in this regard has also been made to the Chief Record Officer, Madras Engineer Group, through the proceedings dated 29.01.2025. The relevant papers were also placed before this Court.

Taking into account the above development, compliance is recorded and this contempt petition stands closed.
