ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner made a representation on 17.09.2024 to complete the enquiry pending before the 1st respondent with respect to issuance of patta to the petitioner. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition came to be filed.
3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation is already considered and the matter will be taken up for hearing on 21.01.2025.
5.Recording the same, this Court hereby direct the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from 21.01.2025. 2/4
