Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ALTHAF SHERIFF, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl MP(MD)No. 12070 OF 2023 IN Crl OP(MD) No. 15235 OF 2023, dated 31.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to comply the conditions, since the petitioner now only came down to India from Ireland, so that he could not comply the condition within the stipulated time prescribed by this court.

3.
