ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in H.S.(M).Confdl.No.141/2023 dated 06.10.2023 and set the petitioner's son by name Kulanthai Kani, S/o.Annavi, aged about 26 years at liberty from Central Prison, Palayamkottai / 3rd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6543, Home Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 22.11.2023, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Advisory Board.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
