2.The petitioner has mounted a challenge to the proceedings dated 01.09.2025 issued by the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board. 3.It is well settled that issues relating to Waqf will have to be adjudicated by the Waqf Tribunal.

4.Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
