ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent. By consent of parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent/District Registrar to forthwith issue the registered Form-VI and Form-VII submitted by the petitioner on 05.10.2023 and 06.11.2024, pursuant to the General Body Resolutions dated 18.09.2023 and 31.08.2024 respectively. In this regard, the petitioner had already submitted an application. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for issuance of Form VI and VII and pass final orders on its own merits, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, and interested parties if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
