2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
