RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18577/2023 dated 31.10.2023 as the petitioners shall appear before respondent police as and when required.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENINKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18577 of 2023 as the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. 1/3

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that while granting bail this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. Since the petitioner was arrested in some other case, he was unable to appear before the respondent police and hence, he seeks for modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner was arrested by the Inspector of Police, Ranipettai Police Station and now he released on bail. 4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed by this Court is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
