ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No.132 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and entrust the same to the Respondent No.2 for complete the investigation and file charge sheet in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is going to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, within a week.

3. In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, forthwith.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
