ORDER

The petitioner sought a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR based on the complaint dated 12.03.2025 as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Crl.M.P.No.729 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Nos.1 & 2 had conducted enquiry; that since the petitioner expressed that she did not wish to pursue the complaint, the complaint was closed; and that the closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi on 15.07.2025.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to furnish the copy of the report dated 15.07.2025 to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondent, it is open to the petitioner approach the learned Judicial Magistrate and seek appropriate remedy. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
