The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in unnumbered I.A.No.... of 2023 in O.S.No.56 of 2011, dated 11.10.2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, returning the petition filed under Order 13 Rule 10 C.P.C.

2. The petitioner has filed the above suit claiming the relief of specific performance, on the basis of the sale agreement, dated 09.07.2010. Pending suit, the defendant has filed the above application to send for the entire records in O.S.No.237 of 2010, which was already disposed of.

3. It is not the case of the revision petitioner that they have applied for the certified copies of the documents required and the same was refused. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks liberty to apply for the certified copies and in case of any refusal or rejection of the same, to approach the concerned Court.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to apply for the certified copies. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 29.11.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No das 2/4
