ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to shift the Electric pole in Survey number No.304/74 at Koovalapuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District to any other place on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2025.

2. Mr.S.Deenadhalan, learned standing counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he made an application before the respondents 3 and 4 for shifting the above mentioned Electric Pole. Thereafter, he sent representation dated 20.08.2025. Since no action was taken on the representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. The learned standing counsel, who takes notice for respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law by the fourth respondent. 2/5

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
