ORDER

This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.346 of 2022, dated 16.12.2022, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has already been settled before Lok Adalat on 09.03.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that already the matter has been settled between the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.346 of 2022, dated 16.12.2022, pending on the file of the first respondent Police is quashed as against the petitioner. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
