The above petition has been filed seeking orders to exempt the petitioner from paying Court fee of Rs.9,300/- in filing the cross objection.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have paid the requisite Court fee and as such, the present petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. The Registry is directed to number the cross objection, if it is otherwise in order and post the same along with the main appeal.
