ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.365 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police. 2.The petitioner is the accused person in Crime No.365 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 506(ii) of IPC. Seeking quashment of the same, on various grounds, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.293 of 2023, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli. Now it has been posted for appearance of parties on 06.04.2023. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
