ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is arrayed as sole Accused in Crime No.69 of 2018 dated 06.02.2018. He had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking to quash the same.

2. It is the further submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that pending investigation, the second Respondent/de-facto Complainant and the Petitioner / accused had compromised themselves.

3. The learned Counsel for the De-facto Complainant also present before this Court and they have jointly filed the compromise memo.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) filed the status report stating that the compromise entered between the parties are bonafide.

5. In the light of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), FIR in Crime 2/4

No.69 of 2018 is hereby quashed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
