This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 09.09.2024 made by the petitioner herein to disburse the difference amount of Rs.1,29,289.12/- which in respect of the balance amounts to be refunded as deposit, which the petitioner had made in respect of shops No.1,2,3,7 and 10 at Anna Bus Stand, Nagercoil,

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
