ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the enquiry of the CSR No. 315/2023 on the file of the first respondent police to some other investigating Agency for investigation in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the same was closed.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition 2/4

stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 21.04.2026 apd To
