Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to rectify the pay anomaly between the petitioner and his juniors, namely, Mrs. S. Mallika and Mr. C. Sengottuvelu on par with his juniors with effect from 29.12.2011 and pay him all the salary arrears considering his representation dated 18.06.2025 in the light of G.O.Ms.234 Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.06.2009. 2/4

Considering the fact that the petitioner's claim has been forwarded by the fourth respondent addressed to the third respondent through the District Educational Officer, Madurai District, only through whom such proposal could be forwarded is pending with the District Educational Officer, Madurai, for verification of eligibility of the petitioner's claim, there shall be a direction to the District Educational Officer, Madurai District, to forward the proposal with the appropriate recommendation, if found in order, to the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
