ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the writ petitioner, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has made an application for surveying of his land on 28.02.2022 and being dissatisfied with the manner in which the survey was conducted, he made a fresh application on 11.04.2022 after paying requisite fee for re-survey. Thereafter, the petitioner had given a representation on 01.09.2022 in furtherance of his application on 11.04.2022. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his application dated 11.04.2022.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, the third respondent shall conduct re-survey and demarcate the petitioner's land measuring 129 sq.meter (1.29 Ares) comprised in S.No.62/13 at 2/4

Pudhupattinam Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and also fix boundary stones. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
