ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent Police to include all the offence committed by the respondents No.4 to 7 in Crime No.353 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent Police, based on the petitioners complaint dated 20.09.2023, within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that investigation is pending in this matter and it will be completed within a period of three months.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings. It is too early to interfere in the investigation stage.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
