ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants the first respondent to issue him passport.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that as against the petitioner, three cases have been registered. Pendency status is as follows:- I. C.C.No.237 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court for NDPS Act cases, Madurai.

II. C.C.No.32 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court for NDPS Act cases, Chennai.

III. Crime No.234 of 2023 on the file of the Theedernagar Police Station.

Since the petitioner is involved in NDPS Act Cases and they have also been charge sheeted, the petitioner has to necessarily move the concerned trial Courts and get relief. The Writ Court cannot grant relief.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the trial Courts, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
