2.The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The petitioner's son aged about 19 years is missing since 13.11.2024. The complaint given by the petitioner has been taken on file by the second respondent and CSR receipt has been issued.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions states that it appears to be a case of elopement. Since the detenu is a major aged about 19 year, we are not inclined to entertain this habeas corpus petition. We however direct the second respondent to take earnest efforts to trace the missing boy.

4.This habeas corpus petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
