ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register FIR based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai, Madurai District in Cr.M.P.No.855 of 2024, dated 02.09.2024, and file a final report before the concerned Court, within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, FIR in Crime No.807 of 2024 assigned for the offence under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS Act, 2023. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
