ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in O.P.No.3386 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Family Court, Madras and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, for disposal of the same on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the parties are going to settle the matter between them.

3. If it is so, the parties can approach the concerned Court itself for relief. Since M.C.No.82 of 2023 is pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Sivagangai. It is proper that the matter is transferred to the Family Court, Sivagangai.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Petition is allowed. There shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madras, to transfer the entire records in O.P.No.3386 of 2023, immediately to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai. After receiving the records, the learned 2/4

Judge, Family Court, Sivagangai, may assign new number and issue notice to parties for appearance and dispose the case in accordance with law. The parties are at liberty to approach the Family Court, Sivagangai, after settlement of the issue. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
