This petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No. 429 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondent would submit that already the matter has been elaborately investigated and a charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent also admitted that the investigation was already completed and the charge sheet was 2/4

filed. Therefore, it is appropriate to dispose the petition by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report.

5. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report, if the petitioner is aggrieved. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
