The petitioners herein, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.308 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent Police has filed this petition seeking to call for the records pertaining to the above said Crime Number and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that after completing the investigation in the said Crime Number, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.10 of 2015.
