Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.VISHNU J, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9383 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly from 22.07.2024.
