ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that joint survey is proposed to be conducted within a period of four weeks. Based on the outcome of the joint survey report, the authorities will take a call on the request of mutation made by the third party.

3.It is needless to mention that the applicants for mutation will also be associated when the joint survey is conducted. 2/4

4.Recording the stand of the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
