2. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to return the original document marked as Ex.B18.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 84 years and he wants to make arrangements with the property.

4. In view of the above submission, the document marked as Ex.B18, be returned to the petitioner on undertaking, by substituting the same with a certified copy. However, the petitioner is directed to produce the Ex.B18, as and when required by this Court.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

6. Let the names of respondents 11 to 15 be printed in the cause list and post the Second Appeal on 03.03.2025, for admission.
