ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner challenges the impugned order, dated 08.04.2025, whereby, a fit person was appointed for the petition mentioned temple. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader points out that aggrieved by the impugned order, the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the first respondent and it has been numbered as A.P.No.23 of 2025. The next hearing date is 06.10.2025. 4.The petitioner also appears to have not sought interim relief. If the petitioner has not sought for interim relief, the petitioner is permitted to file an interlocutory application. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the interim application on the said date i.e., 06.10.2025. The first respondent will not be swayed by the claim of the fit person that he has already taken charge, the first respondent will pose a question as to whether the writ petitioner was put on notice before passing the impugned order. If it is seen that the 2/4

principles of natural justice have been breached, interim order will be granted by the first respondent and the appeal itself will be disposed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight months thereafter. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
