By relying on a sale deed dated 13.07.1966 in favour of the petitioner's husband and patta No.1158, the petitioner had applied for a joint patta in the names of all the legal heirs of her late husband, Narayanan. On the ground that such application was not acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. By referring to the RTI reply sent to the petitioner, he submits that the petitioner failed to file an online application and that request would be considered and disposed of on merits subject to the filing of such online application.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:

(1)The petitioner shall submit an online application within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (2)Upon receipt thereof, the petitioner's request shall be considered 2/4

and disposed of on merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.

(3) No costs.
