The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.2 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter has really been settled and divorce has been granted by way of mutual consent.
