ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the respondents 4 to 8 based on the petitioners representation / compliant dated 24.06.2024

Earlier the petitioner has given a complaint before the third respondent for which CSR No.451 of 2024 assigned and during enquiry the petitioner and the counter petitioner agreed to resolve the issue within ten days. Thereafter the same was closed. Later the petitioner entered into premises of the fourth respondent along with other and committed assault on him for which a case has been registered in Crime No.215 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 147,148,294(b),448,342,367,379 and 506(ii) of IPC. The petitioner has now obtained anticipatory bail in Crime No. 215 of 2024. Thereafter he has sent another representation which is now under enquiry before the second respondent.

3. In view of the same the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 11.12.2024 and give his explanation. The petitioner in one hand lodging complaint against the fourth respondent and on the other hand he himself takes aggressive action on his own . The respondent police to consider all these facts and thereafter conclude the enquiry within a period of two months from 11.12.202.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
