Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, and the same is taken on file in P.R.C.No.9 of 2024 on the file of the learned Magistrate, on 15.02.2024.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds.
