Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.RAJAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition imposed in paragraph No.5(b) of the order, dated 30.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each. Further, the time for execution of sureties is extended for a period of 10 days from today. The other conditions remains unaltered.
