This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.1325 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent and file a fresh charge sheet. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 2nd respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.148 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
