ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under section 5(4) of Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (Regulation of Distribution by Card System) order, 1982 r/w section 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.108 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 20.09.2023, considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court finds that there is no change in circumstances and he is not entitled for any discretionary relief from this Court. Hence, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail.
