This contempt petition is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 11.11.2016 passed by this Court in W.A(MD)No.1390 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the order of the Division Bench passed in W.A(MD)No.1390 of 2016, dated 11.11.2016,

has been complied with, in the year 2019. The treasury bill and pay order issued by the Office of the Accountant General, dated 29.10.2019 was furnished before the Court perusal.

4.It appears that 50% past service of the petitioner to be taken into account for computing pension benefits, is being complied with subsequent to the order passed by the Division Bench. Though the order being complied with belatedly, since it has been complied, this Court is not inclined to pursue the matter further. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. (G.J.,J.)
