ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Bodinayakanur, to expeditiously dispose the E.P.No.3 of 2023 in O.S.No.97 of 2010 within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2.On the ground that eventhough the suit was filed in the year 2010, decree was passed on 31.03.2015. E.P.No.3 of 2023 was filed in the year 2023 which is still pending, the respondent is dragging on the matter stating that stay has been granted but no stay order has been produced by the respondent.
3. The record of proceedings of the execution Court also shows that E.P., is posted for production of stay order, later posted for enquiry. In view of the oldness of the matter, the learned District Munsif, Bodinayakanur, is directed to dispose of the E.P.No.3 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
