This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent and his men not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint of the second respondent. 2.The petitioner herein has filed this application, in which, he is seeking the relief to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, submitted that no case has been registered against this petitioner. Moreover, this application has been filed in the year 2013 and the same was kept pending till date, without any interim order. He further added that along with the petition, in order to substantiate the claim, the petitioner has not enclosed any documents to show that the first respondent police had tried to harass the petitioner. So, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
