O R D E R

The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to call for the records relating to the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.115 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court NO.I, Ramanathapuram and quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 7 for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A)of IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act in C.C.No.115 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanthapuram.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the petitioner and the defacto complainant submitted that all other proceedings have entered into compromise between the parties. In O.S.No.65 of 2013, the parties have also agreed to close the C.C.No.115 of 2013. They also relied upon the compromise petition filed on 20.10.2014. Present decree has been passed in O.S.No.65 of 2013 on the very same day. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the result, this petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.115 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected M.P(MD)Nos.1 & 2 of 2013 are also closed.
