ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a retired Village Administrative Officer seeking a Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to disburse the earned leave amount.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the bill relating to the earned leave has already been passed by the third respondent herein on 30.11.2023 and sanction bill has been issued by the fourth respondent on 05.05.2023. So far, the earned leave amount has not been disbursed to the writ petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition. 2/4

3. Considering the above said facts, the fourth respondent herein is directed to disburse the said amount within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
