ORDER

The writ petitioner did her PG course in the third respondent College. She had executed a bond that she has to serve the Government of Tamil Nadu for a given period. Since the petitioner was on maternity leave, she could not join service. At this stage, she has got seat in Super Speciality Course. The petitioner has to produce the original educational certificates for verification by Thursday (23.11.2023). 2.The petitioner gives an undertaking before this Court that after successfully completing her Super Speciality Course, she would serve the entire bond period. This undertaking is recorded. 2/4

3.Since the interest of the institution has been adequately taken care, the third respondent is directed to return the original certificates entrusted to them to the petitioner by tomorrow (22.11.2023) positively so as to enable the petitioner to produce the same day after tomorrow (23.11.2023) before the selection commission. 4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
